I went to work at Marshalltown Manufacturing for 2 or 3 years after graduation. Did some selling of Stanley Home Products for serveral years. Sold Princess House for 3 years. Then between having children I started work at Fisher Controls at the Governor Road Plant. I did many different factory jobs and loved every minute of the work and people I worked with. I mostly go out with friends now that I am retired for a breakfast or even sometimes a lunch. I enjoy seeing and talking to all my old classmates! I love being around my seven grandchildren! they are growing up so fast. My youngest is almost 6 and the oldest is 22 this year. Two are in college, the oldest is employed at Principle in DesMoines.
