Spent the 1960's & 1970's in education, the 1970's in law enforcement, the 1980's in criminal investigation and security management and 1990 - 2006 in law enforcement. Spent a lot of time fishing in Minnesota and bought a lake cabin up there in 2006. Linda and I frequently travel to the New Jersey coast and Seattle to see relatatives. Enjoy staying in contact with several classmates and getting together for pizza!!

School Story:

Still remember someone putting a rubber snake in Bob Bibb's football locker after practice. When he opened his locker I couldn't believe someone could actually jump that high off the floor!

Remember October 1957, sitting on the Marshall Motor Coach team bus waiting to come home from the Newton football game and listening to the first radio reports of the Soviet Union's launching of "sputnik".

And lastly, I still remember sitting in our last school assembly and someone emptying a bag of marbles on the floor of the back row and listening to them all bounching off the wrought iron legs on the seats as they made their way from the back row down to the front row and then across the front of the floor until they bounched off the front of the stage.

I am very sorry to hear of Avonelle's passing but have the comfort of knowing that through out her life that Jesus was at the center of her heart.  As kids, our families were close and we spend many times together through church activies, school and famiy get togethers.  I will miss her sage advise that always began, "Gary, you know.....".  She will be greatly missed.
